In regards to exchange or return:
- If for any reason you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, Capital K will offer either exchange or refund on your unused product, within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All returned items must be unused.
- Highly recommend to get a tracking number and/or insurance when you return the items by any method, to ensure that we receive your package safely, as we are not liable for items not received at our return facility.
- After inspection of your return, we will reimburse your order. Remind that the original taxes and duties are non-refundable.
- Freight collect is not acceptable and will be rejected by our sides. The parcel will be return to the sender and we will not be responsible for the freight
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions before returning your item.
Please include the below information before returning the products:
- Images of your claim item
- Order number#
- Copy of invoice
We will instruct the best measurement for the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
